Щоб переглянути закріплені повідомлення чату, натисніть на канцелярську кнопку вгорі вікна:

Після цього з'являться, власне, закріплені повідомлення

Там міститься рішення найчастіших проблем студентів або підказки, де ці рішення шукати. Ну і всіляка інша корисна інформація.

Тому, якщо у вас виникає якесь питання — в першу чергу подивіться, чи немає на нього готової відповіді у закріплених повідомленнях якогось з доступних вам чатів.
